What is the Piano Tour of America?
The “Piano Tour of America” is an ambitious musical tour of beautiful and historic places in America that we are doing and love. We are on this tour to bring beautiful and patriotic piano music to people who appreciate the music that we do. We are driving our custom designed piano-keyboard themed convertible sports car to the many places in America that we love and appreciate and we hope you will enjoy seeing them.

Tim & Erik Praskins of AZ Piano Reviews
Also, if you didn’t notice by now, we are sponsored by Tim & Erik Praskins, Father & son, from AZ Piano Reviews. They are our primary sponsors because our musical desires and goals align with each other and they want to be a part of our piano story and journey. So for these reasons we have agreed to let them being our musical sponsors. This type of musical relationship is not unusual because there are many musicians, sports figures, and other professionals who have sponsors to help them with promoting their abilities and accomplishments. So we appreciate AZ Piano Reviews sponsorship and helping us get our piano mission and music out to the people of America.

Traveling to Amazing Places!
Some of the places we have driven or are driving to in America include California coastal cities like San Diego, Santa Monica, San Francisco, Florida coastal cities such as the Florida Keys, and many other coastal places around the country. Sometimes we travel with our children Karson & Kylie in our custom red convertible truck and they really enjoy the time they can be with us on our tour. Our children can mostly travel with us during the summer because they are out of school and we love taking them to the beautiful historic places in America where they can learn to appreciate the beauty and history of our country.

Other places that Katie and I like to travel during our Piano Tour of America are unique patriotic places such as the Statue of Liberty and the Liberty Bell Center in Philadelphia, PA. We love playing impromptu unscheduled mini piano concerts for smaller audiences at those places when we have time to visit there. It’s a great feeling knowing that we can bring the joy of patriotic music to people in those amazing locations.

When we are on the road and driving to play piano concerts we like to find historic routes to travel on such as the old Route 66 which takes us through the interior parts of America where we can see and meet people in unexpected places. We have traveled through desert towns and big cities and we appreciate the various scenery, buildings, and local neighborhoods that we discover on our way to playing Piano Concerts. The unique landscapes and wildlife are always inspiring to us. In fact, some of our music that we compose and play comes from those unique experiences.

Our Piano Concerts
One of the big highlights of our music career is playing piano for people. We love to play piano and inspire other people to want to play piano and enjoy piano music like we do. We also look for unique or unusual places to play our music so that we can more easily “connect” with people in both smaller and larger areas of America.
One of the opportunities that we recently found out about is that we have been chosen to be the first performers at the new upcoming “Concert Hall of America.” This beautiful new Concert Hall is not open yet or formally announced, but it will have a big “Grand Opening” soon and we’ll keep you posted .

We really enjoy doing small more intimate piano concerts for people at beautiful natural locations such as the San Francisco, California Botanical Gardens in the redwood forest. We love nature and the outdoors and the beauty of natural surroundings goes well with the beautiful piano music that we love to play. We also love playing on beautiful grand pianos for smaller more intimate audiences in these natural surroundings and we try to do it as often as possible.
We love playing on many brands of acoustic grand pianos including Steinway and Yamaha, but our overall favorite brand that works best for our music is Kawai which includes their acoustic & digital pianos. We also recommend Korg educational digital pianos designed and built in Japan as well as some Roland and Casio digital pianos. If you have questions about the various brands and models of pianos that we recommend then please let us know.

Finally, Katie and I do like to play piano for large audiences in beautiful large venues where we can have a full orchestra backing us up along with professional quality natural acoustics. As I mentioned, we love playing outdoors in natural surroundings but we also like playing indoors in acoustically resonant concert halls..One of the larger outdoor concert areas we played at recently was at a famous place in Colorado and the sound and scenery were amazing.
Since we enjoy doing outdoor concerts most of all, the natural scenery and organic experiences surrounding those areas are important to us because it gives us added musical inspiration and we enjoy it so much.
We hope you continue to follow us during our other musical and family adventures. Thank you so much and we love you all for continuing to support our musical mission and Piano Tour of America!
